 YEAR 5 HOME LEARNING - AUTUMN 2020

Please see below for archived home learning for Year 5 for Autumn Term 2020.

Archived Work - Week beg. 14.12.20

Week beginning Monday 14th December

As this is our final week before the Christmas holidays, we will be enjoying lots of festive activities. As such, our timetable is quite different this week. We will still be continuing English and Maths from Monday-Wednesday but we have completed our learning for this half term for our wider curriculum subjects. Instead, we have plenty of festive activities planned. So, during our final week in school before the Christmas holiday, we will be:

  • Completing our current unit of 'Multiplication and Division' in Maths (see below)
  • Editing and polishing our 'Gold Write' in English on the laptops (see below)
  • Making Christmas cards
  • Watching and joining in with Durham Music Christmas Concerts for Schools on Monday 14th December at 1.30pm with 'The Jingle Bells'
  • Enjoying a recorded version of Northern Stage's production of 'The Emperor's New Clothes' on Tuesday 15th December at 1.30pm
  • Having our Christmas Party in our class bubble on Wednesday 16th December at 1.30pm
  • Watching a Christmas movie and taking part in a whole school quiz on Thursday 17th December.
